We were advised that preplanning and making reservations for all our hotel and travel plans was essential. However, we were hoping to be somewhat spontaneous and not “lock” in too much of our trip. We want to go to Seward and Homer and possibly Valdez. Denali and Fairbanks are not on our itinerary. We like comfortable hotels (do not plan to camp or share a bath!!!) and we’ll be traveling for 3 weeks. We are “older” people (in our 60’s)

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated, particularly from those who have traveled like this in Alaska. Thanks!
