The rivalry between the Anchorage Glacier Pilots and the Anchorage Bucs hits it’s peak every Fourth of July when the two teams play a doubleheader to a packed house at Mulcahy Stadium. While filming our upcoming documentary “Touching The Game: Alaska”, we wanted to make sure we were at this event, and it did not disappoint. We even had a little fun in the first game by attaching a microphone to Glacier Pilot 3rd Baseman Michael Murphy and Pilots coach Chris Jones. The fireworks at the end were spectacular (although it was still light out, remember this is Alaska!)
